The purpose of the audit is to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the BRC or IFS standard.
Step I consists of the following steps:
- opening meeting
- documentation review
- traceability
- overview of inspections of production facilities
- the final review of the results by the Auditor (s)
- closing meeting
